At Frog Fuel, we stand behind the clinical efficacy of our medical-grade collagen. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unopened product within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location using the prepaid shipping label provided by our customer service team.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
